A great new addition to our Sakai Takayuki collection these beauties look fantastic with their hammered kurouchi finish and their Zelkova wood and mahogany handles. With an HRC of 65 in Aogami Super Blue steel clad in stainless they will perform amazingly and hold their edge too.
Two of the three knives in this range are made in the 'Kengata' shape. This translates as 'sword like' and it's the classic bunka shape with the reverse tanto tip. As well as looking a bit different it also means you can use the tip in more ways as there's much more of a point.
