Hado Knife, (Formerly OUL Sakai) work with some of the finest blacksmiths in the Sakai area and then bring them in house where they're sharpened and finished by their own team of expert sharpeners so they are able to provide exceptional quality knives in a wide range of styles and steels perfect for all kitchens.

Hado, which means the road of ‘ha’ (刃, blades). is the brand name for the knives crafted by Fukui Co & Ltd. It was the first time for Fukui to produce in-house knives in 109 years. Therefore, Hado symbolizes our resolution to walk on the road of blades in the next 100 years.
