Yoshimi Kato - Minamo SG2

The "minamo" translates to "water's surface" and Kato-san has used a subtle new tsuchime pattern to mimic the waves you might see on a choppy (no pun intended..) sea or river and the excellent flat grind, high quality finish and sg2 core all combine to make another high performance range from one of the masters of Takefu knife village.
