Founded in 2016 by craftsman Mikael Grondahl, Piotr the Bear is a Stockholm-based studio dedicated to high-end, handmade knife storage. Operating out of the historic Pripps brewery premises, Mikael specialises in small-batch kitchen equipment that prioritises dignified natural materials like solid oak and premium leather.

His signature magnetic racks and stands are designed to protect delicate Japanese steel while developing a beautiful patina over time.
