Isamitsu knives are a small workshop founded by Isamitsu Abe who, after 15 years of training as a kitchen knife blacksmith and sharpener, opened his own business in Sakuragawa, Ibaraki Prefecture in 2022. 

Their knives feature a high quality heat treat and attention to detail in their finish and design.
