Custom & One-Offs

Sometimes you just need something truly "yours" and while all handmade Japanese knives are unique, pairing your knife with a one-off custom handle or picking up something we've been able to source is a treat worth having! All these knives are either a blade paired with a one-of-kind custom handle or a knife we've been able to source that's extremely unusual or rare and so once it's gone, it's gone.
